This scooter was a life changer ever since I got it I’ve been able to travel around a lot easier it’s lightweight. It’s very compact the batteries last long time it is great to go from place to place. Talk to customer service. They were the kindest people ever. I would strongly recommend, and would strongly recommend would buy again.

Like anything that weighs 50+ pounds when shipped, stuff happens. In my case, emailing support was simple and straight forward. They took care of my issue promptly. The scooter is built well and fast compared to store scooters. The front suspension is helpful for small bumps and obstacles and 4 wheels feel more stable to me than 3.

Love this scooter. The actual drive power is smooth and speedy (d1,d2); however the reverse speed (R) is not as fast, it's actually too slow, wish it was just a little faster in reverse. The breaks, suspension, tires are great. The tires can get through just about anything. Well built scooter. I would recommend this scooter.

This scooter hasn't been very reliable, the batteries won't charge at all after 10 to 15 hours of use. It took a while for customer service to respond. Blake with customer service responded and has been very helpful and responsive! Thanks Blake! Hopefully things will be resolved soon.

I was shopping for a scooter for my husband that he could ride around the grandkids' soccer fields as well as on flat surfaces. Another must was for us to be able to lift it into the back of his pickup truck or fit it into the back of my Rogue. This scooter is the one. It comes with two batteries, and he rode the scooter all day on an outing recently and we didn't have to use the spare battery. Initially there were problems with two broken parts. The Seller responded quickly when I asked for help. We received replacement parts quickly and the problems were solved. They provided excellent customer service.
